There have been tremendous changes in the west Augusta area in the last several years. This site is to inform you about the area and about the lot in "red" above. It's address is 2704 Hillside Lane.

The main reason for the site is to answer all those questions that my friends ask. Now, I just say "go to my web site and you will see all I know".

Our house is zoned residential and is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath ranch style home that has a separate office. It is less than 1000 feet from the main Berckman Road walk-in gate to the Masters Golf Tournament. A professional golfer could "drive" the first green from it's front yard if it weren't for the trees and fences. Heck, even I could hit the 4th green. It's all down hill.
